El objetivo no habr\u00eda sido priorizar la salud p\u00fablica, sino avanzar sobre el control pol\u00edtico del departamento y asegurar su conducci\u00f3n de acuerdo con intereses sectoriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras algunos intentaban presentar el episodio como una crisis de gesti\u00f3n, <strong>El Operador<\/strong> lo identific\u00f3 desde el inicio como una operaci\u00f3n destinada a desgastar al Gobierno provincial. La salida del gerente, que no respond\u00eda a una intenci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de ese sector, termin\u00f3 siendo parte de una maniobra cuyos efectos trascienden la coyuntura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s significativo es que, de esta operaci\u00f3n, ya existir\u00eda un acuerdo pol\u00edtico proyectado para 2027. Los cambios institucionales posteriores permiten dimensionar hoy su verdadero alcance y advertir que la disputa no termin\u00f3 con la salida del gerente, sino que forma parte de una estrategia de
